The instruction in our professional kitchen is designed to help our Trainees to become independent in self-catering accommodation.

We cover basic food hygiene, nutrition and home cookery.

To open opportunities for employment in the hospitality industry we also provide training in table service at our Offham site, in the Tastebuds café.

Tastebuds, which is open for Morning Coffee, Lunches and Afternoon Tea, serves only freshly prepared food and is enjoying a growing reputation for quality and service. Its menu also offers an excellent vegetarian alternative.

Our Catering Supervisor is so confident of the Trainees' ability that she and her staff are happy to cater for parties of up to 15, and in addition, homemade celebration cakes are available to order.
